3. User content license. Sounds and other content you submit remain yours. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as part of the Service.
4. Intellectual property. The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted sounds) are owned by SoundBoard and protected by law. User-submitted sounds are provided "as is" and we make no claim of ownership over them.
5. Disclaimer. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoundBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SoundBoard operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
